Listed prices — $149 for photography, $149 for a 3D virtual tour and $249 for the bundle — apply to properties up to 1,500 sq. ft. Homes from 1,501 to 3,000 sq. ft. are $199 for photography, $199 for a virtual tour and $349 for the bundle. Prices are in Canadian dollars and HST is added at checkout.

Homes from 1,501 to 3,000 sq. ft. add $50 per service (photography $199, virtual tour $199, bundle $349), priced automatically when you order. For properties over 3,000 sq. ft. you can still order online — RealtyAid confirms a custom quote before the appointment, and you are not charged for the difference until you approve it.

New clients receive a $100 credit that is applied automatically to their first eligible order — no code is needed. The credit cannot reduce an order below $0, and HST is calculated on the amount after the credit. The credit is available once per account.

Yes. Occupants are welcome to be home. We ask that they stay out of the rooms being photographed and let us know about any rooms that should not be photographed. You can add on-site contact details and notes when you book.

Yes — request a new time from the appointment page in your portal or contact us directly. Our full rescheduling and cancellation policy will be published here once finalised.

Your finished photos and virtual-tour link are delivered to your RealtyAid portal. From there you can download MLS-resolution or high-resolution files individually or all at once, copy your tour link, and request a revision if something needs attention. You also receive a notification when media is ready.

Yes. Brokerages and teams can create a shared account, invite agents, place orders on an agent’s behalf, view team orders and invoices, and use shared billing.
