Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to services ordered through RealtyAid.

Services

RealtyAid provides real estate photography, 3D virtual tours and related listing media. Published prices apply to properties up to 1,500 sq. ft. Larger properties and special requests may require a custom quote, which we will confirm before the appointment.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes (HST) are added at checkout and shown on your invoice. The first-order credit for new clients is applied once per account and cannot reduce an order below $0.

Appointments and access

You are responsible for arranging access to the property and for confirming that the owner or occupants have agreed to the appointment. Please follow the Property Preparation Guide.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Delivery

Completed media is delivered through your RealtyAid portal. [Turnaround commitments to be finalised by RealtyAid.]

Use of media

Payments

Payment is due at checkout unless your account has been approved for invoicing. Invoices are payable by the due date shown.
