RealtyAid ("we", "us") respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email, phone number, brokerage and licence details you provide.
• Order information: property addresses, property details, access instructions, on-site contact details and appointment preferences.
• Billing information: billing name and address. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Media: photographs, virtual tours and related files created for your orders.
• Usage information: basic technical information such as log data and, if enabled, website analytics.

How we use information

We use information to provide and manage services, schedule appointments, deliver media, send service notifications, process payments, provide support, meet legal obligations and improve our services.

Access instructions and on-site contacts

Property access instructions and on-site contact details are visible only to you, authorised members of your brokerage, the photographer assigned to your appointment and authorised RealtyAid staff. Access to this information is logged.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting, payment processing, email and SMS delivery) and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and accounting requirements. Delivery links may expire according to our delivery settings.

Your choices

You can update your account details and notification preferences in your portal. To request access to or correction of your personal information, contact admin@realtyaid.ca.
